Hi, I’m Patyence, a native of the Bahamas currently residing in the big state of Texas! One of my greatest passions is baking, and making rum cake is such a delight!

I love to experiment with all the different flavors of rum and create cakes that are not only delicious, but also unique. No box mixes, fillers, artificial ingredients, nor preservatives will ever be found in any of my cakes! I create my cakes from scratch and use organic and all natural ingredients that would not only satisfy the sweet tooth, but also give the peace of mind knowing that my products are of high quality!

Several years ago, I had to change my diet due to illness. Having to go gluten free, sugar free and grain free was quite a challenge for me. So, with this in mind, I needed to create a dessert that was just as delicious as my regular rum treats, but available to those who are gluten and/or sugar free, and prefer a healthier option. I do my best to make sure that my cakes are perfectly baked with love and “Patyence.”
